Specially designed for whole blocks of low-to-medium moisture and medium-hard cheeses such as Cheddar, Gouda, and Edam, this machine can continuously and stably produce uniform thin slices from 1–30 mm thick. It supports customized batch slicing (e.g. 5 slices per portion), making it suitable for food processing plants, central kitchens, chain restaurants and prepared food production lines.
